Goal: Create a simple online learning RNN network,
such that it can adapt to a concept drift

Dataset: https://www.kaggle.com/kaggle/us-baby-names
US babynames, features are the year of birth, gender, state and the number of occurence

Model: Predict plausible names. Feed the network newer and newer names,
and check if the prediction caputres the new names
