This directory runs the fem_layer_scan_final.py script, which applies point heat source that's position is time dependant. Essential file descriptions;

• fem_layer_scan_final.py: script that runs Fenics to solve the thermal problem.
• adjust_previous_temperature.py: takes the final temperatue field, interpolates it to the geometry with a single additional layer.
• fem_scan_strategy.py: Determines the scanning strategy. Uses the python library pyslm.
