This code simulates spent media experiments between two microbial species that interact in different ways. It consists of sets of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The model has two species and four compounds that can either enhance or inhibit species' growth. Inhibition is implemented as a lengthening of a species' lag phase.

Usage
The directory 'src' includes the ipynb file The directory 'figs' is where the figures generated by the code are saved.
