This plugin makes a php request to the server in order to retrieve the annotations. The server will connect to a postgre server, therefore make sure to install the package "sudo apt-get install php-pgsql" and restart the server. If it still does not connect add to the php.ini "extension=php_pdo_pgsql.dll" and restart again.

N.B. Change if necessary getAnnotations.php in order to connect correctly to the database.
