			- handles.baseDir = .../shoulder/data/
			- handles.patient_dir = this is the new patient directory that contains the set of CTs to be imported
			- handles.dicomdir -> directory of the last set of CTs loaded
			- handles.dicomSet ->
			- handles._3Dview -> logic variable to allow or deactivate the 3D Viewer
