In order to use the Akantu examples using the python mode, one has to source
the file 'akantu_test_environement.sh':

> source AKANTU_BUILD_DIR/akantu_environement.sh

or for an installed akantu version:

> source AKANTU_INSTALL_DIR/share/akantuVERSION/akantu_environement.sh
