All new users have no problem, but old users still have the old keyboard layout in windows == Solving the Problem == {nav name=Press Windows Key, icon=windows > Type: 'Region' > icon=mouse-pointer, name="Select 'Region And Language Settings'"} {nav Keyboards And Languages (Ttab) > Change Keyboards...} {nav Default Input Language > name=French (Switzerland) - Swiss French, type=instructions} If **French (Switzerland) - Swiss French** is not available, please do the following: {nav Click on Add... > then find French (Switzerland) > Keyboards > icon=check-square-o, name=Swiss French > OK} NOTE: Now you need to delete all the other keyboards and only leave **French (Switzerland) - Swiss French**. If you cannot delete them, make sure **French (Switzerland) - Swiss French** is the Default Input Language. {nav Apply > OK} Log out and log back in
