COllision SOlver (COSOlver)
The COSOlver (COlission SOLver) computes the Hermite-Laguerre projections of linearized drift and gyrokinetic collision operators. Like-species as well as unlike species with arbitrary mass and temperature ratios are supported.
The version of the code is a migration of the previous drift-kinetic Mathematica solver implemented by R. Jorge to Fortran.
