Before starting :

Run the server.
Please run the server_MU application on a different port. (file properties_server.xml on foler server_MU). This is needed to receive new keys if a new patient is added.

To use the android application as patient, please first login into the desktop application in order to generate the keys (folder P_keys). Transfer them into the android folder genomicPrivacy/P_keys
The android application will have access to the keys after that.
