<p>Delete a fix that was previously defined with a <a class="reference internal" href="fix.html"><em>fix</em></a>
command. This also wipes out any additional changes made to the fix
via the <a class="reference internal" href="fix_modify.html"><em>fix_modify</em></a> command.</p>
