			LibMultiScale was initiated in a collaboration between INRIA Futurs Bordeaux
			within ScAlApplix team and CEA/DPTA Ile de France.
			The project is now continued at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale of Lausanne
			within the ENAC/IIC/LSMS laboratory.

			In consequence, the files of the source code are under two distinct Copyrights
			and distributed under two distinct licenses: CECILL-C and LGPL. These licenses
			are compatible with each other.

			The complete text of the licenses are joined in the files cecill-c.txt and LGPL.txt
