			This project resumes the current state of CSE project I and improves the developped optimizable IMEX for the quasi-linear problem (better butcher tableau, further analysis an stability) in order to get a perfectly working method.
			The objective at the end of the semester is to make the current simulation unconditionally stable, obtain empirical results for particular studies at low collisionality and expand the developped and tested method on other more complex simulations.
