compiled files go into dist install: copy using only the jboss home
dependencies list + specials i2b2: i2b2common-core (how to generate) i2b2 messages jaxb (how to generate))
data sql: made by docker in deployment
i2b2 version 1.7.08.x get 2 jars of dependencies : i2b2 common, crc core
check overlap of libs copied into lib of axis2
