anatomicalDataMale: includes the muscle insertion/origins of the generic subject (Julien) based on whom the MSM model was developed. The data obtained from the MRI/Amira. The main amira file is Reconstruction-Julien-Garner-Pandy_May2017.hx.
ShoulderModel_pre_post_processing: includes two miles and the corresponding documents that allows/explains how to transform the patients data obtained from the blueprint and CTs to inputs that are consistent and readable by the MSM model.
ShoulderModel: is the musculoskeletal model of the human shoulder and elbow.
ShoulderModel_NoElbow: the previous MSM model that did not illustrate the elbow joint forces in GUI.
ShoulderModel_rTSA: is the musculoskeletal model of the human shoulder and elbow for replicating patients with reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (rTSA).
