<p>Phabricator is the Open Source release of

tools for code review, repository browsing and change
management. It contains two major applications:
<strong>Differential</strong>, a code review tool, and
<strong>Diffusion</strong>, a repository browser.</p>

itself is the web application, Arcanist is the CLI interface,
