Setup our sample with the 25x IMM objectif Add 300 microliter of distilled water on the objective Add your sample ( Coverslide) on the water Find your focus 2.On the software "AOI Controller" Active under "Setting", and under "Serial Port (USB)" = COM17 and under "Pump amplitude for interval water flow" = 75 volts. Active under "Experiment"; and under "Active water flow pump interval, every" = 20 minutes. and under "Water time at each time port" = 9 sec. and Active the Pump 3.On the controller the values should be , HRZ = 9 Vpp = 95 In SRS mode
