I am trying to run fresh install using biop-deep_2.yml but I get a lot of conflicts. The installation using biop-deep.yml works.
I first installed minicond (python 3.8). Using the yml as it is did not worked, so I tried to first create a python3.7 environment. I always get version conflicts (here is a small part of it)

Could it be that the dependencies for bio-deep_2 are not setup correctly?
