ilastik is a magical software that makes, from some human annotations, wonderfull segmentation!

Converting images

ilastik works well with tif images but we experienced some issue with very large files.

We recommend you to convert to hdf5 in that case.
At the time we write this documentation the best way to do it is via FIJI import/export plugin.
