What is it ?

The action bar BIOP Basics is a simple but versatile tool relying on :

• BIOP library
• BIOP Run Macro

What does it ?

It's allow you to :

• set a folder
• open image and its associated ROIset (if existing).
• set and start a Macro of your choice
• close other images but the current one.

The selected macro could :

• define the mode of action (on current image or current folder)
• use Sci Java Parameters syntax
