Fixed fudge factor to guarantee intersection for surface-bound photons in photonInROI(). Temporarily disabled -apC in mkpmap until precomp contribs are even _remotely_ working. Modified buildPhotonMap() to only update path length stats for transient photon maps, otherwise they are left at their defaults set in initPhotonMap() (i.e. zero). This prevents nonsensical data in header.
