padD4Step2() now performs fwd xform in two passes, on the set of approx and detail coeffs following the horizontal iteration. Also heavily revised the comments and included a rough ASCII art recursion schema (albeit of dubious utility). So fwd D4 xform appears to finally work... Inv D4 still needs work tho!
