Added periodic (WAVELET_EXTEND_CYCL) and symmetric/reflection (WAVELET_EXTEND_SYMM) boundary extension modes to D4 wavelet xform in padD4Step2(). These actually perform better than the gradient extension modes with a bump test signal, but are expected to perform worse under complex, "real world" contribution distributions.
