Added pmapcontrib.h to wavelet unit test dependencies in Rmakefile. Added offset from zero to preset values for wavelet unit test to prevent issues with log encoding. Added WAVELET_EXTEND_{ZERO,INV} boundary extension modes to wavelet transform after discussion with Stephen on how to preserve padded coefficients at boundary from being thresholded, as this is where compression artefacts were most noticeable.
