Added loading funcs for precomputed contrib pmaps, but no per-modifier photon lookups and no contrib caching yet. Fixed buggy handling of empty octree in OOC_ROOTIDX() and OOC_ROOT() macros in oococt.h, and OOC_SETROOT() to suppress non-NULL warnings when calling memcpy(). Also revised OOC_FindNearest()/OOC_Find1Nearest() to fail when node=NULL (i.e. empty octree).
