Revised handling of coefficient mode in distribPhotonContrib(); photon flux is now left unmodified (since already normalised on emission) when calling buildPhotonMap(). Revised refinement of mRGBE minimum in mRGBEinit() to avoid sign reversal for small values. This is now done iteratively until normalisation of the original minimum parameter exceeds mRGBE_MIN.
