Added avgDetailCoeffs() to wavelet3.c to compare averaged detail coefficients from wavelet transform before and after mRGBE encoding for potential bias. Also added sample averaging to mrgbe unit test. This reveals mRGBE ecoding DOES incur a negative bias with a sufficient number of samples! :^(
