Added macros PMAP_CONTRIB_SET_RGBE32_SGN/PMAP_CONTRIB_GET_RGBE32_SGN to handle wavelet approximation coefficient signs by embedding it in in the LSB of the corresponding 32-bit RGBE mantissas. The loss in precision is less significant than that incurred by the mRGBE encoded details.
