Revised comments on PMAP_CONTRIB_ZEROJITTER; sorry, didn't work. Seemed like a good idea at the time, tho... Anyway, added option WAVELET_FINALHAAR to make Haar wavelet transform at coarsest level on top of DB4 optional in wavelet2.c. Pending testing with DB4 xform only.
