Revised wavelet constant declarations in wavelet.c and wavelet2.c so they are accepted by older (dumb) compilers which refuse to evaluate funcs. Also modified rcmain.c to automatically set dummy binning function when photon mapping is enabled (i.e. after parsing -ap); this fails because the light sources need to be binned consistently with the same mapping as the photons, i.e. with Shirley-Chiu.
