Moved contrib pmap building routines into pmcontrib3.c, rcontrib routines into pmcontrib4.c. Fixed buggy def of photonMapping flag in conjunction with lightflow; this led to the creation of virtual sources when using mirror material! Added check for virtual sources in initPhotonEmission(), just in case. Fixed buggy spherical/rectangular inclusion check in photonInROI().
