Description

Parallelised precomputation of contrib photons -- this was a B*TCH to get working!!! Uses a dedicated contribution heap buffer alongside the existing photon heap buffer, which is managed by initPhotonHeap() and flushPhotonHeap(). Also fixed some issues compiling without PMAP_CONTRIB or PMAP_PHOTONFLOW.
