Added handling of single compressed bin (=max compression); the mRGBE minimum is now set to 0 and not saved to the wavelet coeff file, as redundant. Also added clamping if minimum compression (=no bins discarded). Approriate warnings are issued. Both of these are pathological cases of course, and their usefulness is left to the user's discretion.
