Fixed issues with pathological child contrib pmaps containing only ONE photon, which caused buildPhotonMap() and OOC_BuildPhotonMap() to bail out. buildPreCompContribPmap() now checks for empty pmaps or underpopulated pmaps, and skips these, clearing heaps. Also discovered that find1Photon() ignored the user specified max search radius maxDistFix (option -am); this is now honoured.
