Added average transient photon path length distance to CoG distance (corresponding to temporal component) to obtain a better estimate for the maxmimum search radius in transient photon lookups. Added saving/loading the above in pmapio.c, also in human readable form in header. Bumped PMAP_FILEVER_MAJ in pmapio.c
