Add usage of : - Threshold through Algorithm Name. - Individual ROI -> output one image&result per ROI

To fix :

• ROI drawn on stacks: final output, ROIs are not drawn on the correct slice
• B&C settings are different between channels (current settings) and merge (specified by JACoP Parameters)
