[CPP] streaming/logging more convenient

-HriPcController: added a "Clear plot" button.
-HriBoardLib: increased the numerical accuracy of the CSV logfile, to avoid
issues with precision (like very large timestep, where precision is still
needed). Fixed a case typo in the CSV header.
