Description

[Firmware] Adapted to the HRI board V2

-Modified the pins assignement constants to fit the new revision of the
board. Compatibility with the board V1 has been dropped.
-Added a driver module to control the debug GPIOs (for oscilloscope tests)
and the four user LEDs.
-Controller: added more monitorable variables, and tuned the current
regulator.
