[Firmware] switched to System Workbench IDE

-Replaced the project files to use the System Workbench IDE, instead of
Keil uVision 5. This will allow the use of other operating system (MacOSX,
Linux...), and unlimited code size (which was restricted by the free
version of the Keil compiler).
-Minor changes to the firmware sources files, to make them compatible with
the new GCC toolchain.
-Increased the maximum length of the SyncVars names. Updated the parameter
in the MATLAB script.
