Description

accounts: settings initial release

Adds new settings blueprints and templates for easy creation of user settings (WIP).

Moves views from module to package blueprint.

Adds CFG_ACCOUNT_MIN_PASSWORD_LENGTH configuration variable.

Updates form text labels.
