Description

BibRank: fix creation of download graphs

Uses CFG_BIBRANK_SHOW_CITATION_GRAPHS, CFG_BIBRANK_SHOW_DOWNLOAD_GRAPHS and CFG_BIBRANK_SHOW_DOWNLOAD_GRAPHS_CLIENT_IP_DISTRIBUTION properly.

Fixes issue when showing both download graph and client IP distribution graph using flot.
