Description

BibFormat: add bfe_bookmark and bfe_sciencewise

New bfe_sciencewise element that will display a clickable ScienceWise.info icon to add a given article to the bookmarks of a ScienceWise.info account. The icon is displayed only when an ArXiv reportnumber is available.

Adds new bfe_bookmark bibformat element based on the Bookmark JQuery plugin http://keith-wood.name/bookmark.html and integrates support for ScienceWise.info.

Removes AddThis support from default output templates; please see invenio.conf for more information.
