Improved handling of non-standard OAI responses from OAI sources (possibility to harvest these sources even if a non-standard response has made BibHavest believe that source is not OAI). Added free textboxes to specify set and metadata prefix in web interface in case the values supported by the source could not be retrieved. Some code cleaning.
