Description

BibIndex: centralisation of LaTeX/HTML treatment

Moves CFG_BIBINDEX_LATEX_MARKUP, CFG_BIBINXED_HTML_MARKUP to the database to the idxINDEX table. Adapts admin interface. (addresses #852)
