Description

WebComment: allow subscriptions to discussions

Allow users subscribe to receive email notifications when comments are added to selected discussions.

List of users found in the record metadata are now notified by email when a new comment/review is added to the record.

Do not lose posted data (comment/review) when the user is asked to login after she clicked on "add a comment/review" button.
