workflows: Holding Pen sorting fix

• Simplifies the sorting logic and sets the default sorting in Holding Pen to last modified object.

• Updates the workflows bundle to rewrite image URLs correctly to show images from external JavaScript vendors.

• Refactors a bit the lookup of the labels for the ObjectVersion states.
