BibEdit: update CFG_BIBEDIT_EXTEND_RECORD_WITH_COLLECTION_TEMPLATE
- CFG_BIBEDIT_EXTEND_RECORD_WITH_COLLECTION_TEMPLATE now accepts a list of tuples instead of a dictionary. In that way we can specify the priority of each collection matching.
