BibEdit: several improvements
- Avoids double request changing to textmarc.
- Fixes to avoid losing the controlfields when switching to text marc mode and then going back to table view.
- If a template is available, merges import from crossref with a template (as defined in CFG_BIBEDIT_EXTEND_RECORD_WITH_COLLECTION_TEMPLATE).
- Also modifies slightly the look&feel of new record page.
