Description

DocExtract: preparing for merging into master

Backward compatibility refextract.py module to ease migration of dependent code.

Makes the docextract_webinterface_unit_tests more gentle by normalizing expected and obtained references, while removing dynamically generated docextract signature.

Checks the CFG_INSPIRE_SITE flag in order to know which flavour of results to expect.
