Description

BibFormat: replace language when using cache

Try to replace possible language links when using pre-formatted formats with other UI languages when CFG_BIBFORMAT_DISABLE_I18N_FOR_CACHED_FORMATS is set. May lead to some false positives, see comment in the code.
