Added checks for md5sum in ./configure scripts. bibdoc.touch() to not touch record modification date. Better handling of exception (e.g. change_file to return InvenioWebSubmitFileError in case of error), bibdoc to be connected to bibrec only after correct creation. docsize enlarged to bigint in hstDOCUMENT, comments and descriptions got imported from 8564s into bibdocfile when 8564s to exist and FFT is not used (for backward compatibilities).
